Nancy Pelosi has now on two separate occasions stated America will lose 500 Million jobs each month that we don't have a stimulus package in place. Links to video of Pelosi making this statement may be found on the
Liberal Madness Website. That comes to Six Billion jobs lost each year that we do not have a stimulus package in place. This raises the all important question: Why can't democrats do simple math?
Barack Obama said during the campaign that he had visited
fifty-seven states and that he had one more to go. When the crowd laughed, he explained that he only had one more to go because he would not be visiting Alaska or Hawaii. No wonder McCain lost, he only campaigned in fifty states. Barack Obama campaigned in fifty-eight.
Barack Obama also stated that John McCain was running for George Bush's
fourth term. I'm sure it must seem to liberals that "W" was around for three terms, but at last count the number stood at two. One can only imagine the media uproar if Sarah Palin had made either one of these remarks.
Perhaps the most humorous demonstration that math is not an essential skill for liberals came when Joe Biden proclaimed "jobs" to be a three letter word and even spelled it aloud
J-O-B-S. He should really stick to plagiarizing other politician's speeches. He'd make fewer gaffes that way.
In truth, Pelosi, Biden, and Obama don't have anything to worry about. Outside of Fox News, Townhall, and a few conservative bloggers on the internet, the chance of anyone making the "lack of math skills" connection is very slim indeed. Even if ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC or The New York Times figured it out, they wouldn't report it. Let's just hope we can keep Obama from running for Obama's fourth term.
